Delivery & Returns


Worldwide shipping is available. Shipping time and cost are based on the location of the delivery and is calculated at checkout.

We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders placed prior to 14:00 GMT on the same day; Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 14:00 GMT on Friday, all day Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking notification to check on your order's progress. We try our best to ensure prompt delivery, but we are not responsible for third party delays such as poor weather and other events beyond our control.


We use a mix of courier services for all UK deliveries with all products shipped from our UK warehouse.

Your order should arrive within 2-4 working days from dispatch day. However, during busy seasons, dispatch and delivery times may vary.

If shipped internationally, the clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. International customers are responsible for customs, taxes, and duties.

Our third-party carriers may not be able to deliver to certain countries at particular times for reasons of politics, government, natural disaster or operational crises. In such circumstances your shipment will be returned to our mail centre and held until such a time that they are able to deliver to you.

We craft every Piferi item with you in mind and we hope you love them as much as we do!

If you change your mind, you have 14 working days from delivery to notify that you wish to return your order to us, free of charge.

Any returns notified after 14 working days will be refused or issued a credit note.

Please try on your items indoors and on a clean surface, as any returns which show signs of wear will be rejected. Please return all items in unmarked condition and in their original packing.

To make your return, please email us at detailing your order number, what it is you wish to return and we will issue a returns label with instructions for booking a collection.

If you do choose to return your item to us via your own courier or postal service, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

When your returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be checked by our team, and your refund will be processed. Please allow 16 working days for the money to appear in your account.


Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges, once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. You must wait to receive the goods and then return them.


If you haven’t received a refund yet after 16 working days of us confirming it, please first check your bank account. We would then suggest contacting your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
