What makes shoes Vegan?

All Pīferi products are 100% animal-free. We use the most advanced fabrics to create Pīferi shoes. We aim to use biomass-based materials where possible – please see our Responsibility page for more information.

What are the soles of the shoes made from?

We use soles made of Thunit, a 100% recyclable rubber-based material, beautifully lacquered with delicate, hand-painted edges to finish each Pīferi shoes. Thunit offers higher performance than natural leather in terms of flexibility and resistance to abrasions, is water-proof and improves floor-grip. Thunit is produced following REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) regulation of the European Union, adopted to improve the protection of humans and the environment from the risks posed by chemicals.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

After you place an order, you will automatically receive an email confirmation. If you don't receive an email confirmation shortly after placing an order, please reach out to clientservices@piferi.com

What do I do if I have entered incorrect details on my order?

Please contact clientservices@piferi.com as soon as you notice a mistake; we will check on your order's status and do our best to update the relevant details.

How do I return my order?

Will I be refunded the full amount I paid?

We will refund you the amount you originally paid when purchasing, excluding shipping charges.

Will I be refunded the taxes/duties?

We cannot refund taxes/duties since it is the country as to which the order is shipped that collects the taxes/duties.

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

Before shipping your order, our warehouse carefully inspects each product to make sure items are in perfect conditions. In the case you receive a damaged item, please contact Client Services team at clientservices@piferi.com

How are the shoes packaged?

Every pair of Pīferi shoes is wrapped in 100% recycled tissue paper and arrives nestled in a certified organic cotton dust-bag and an FSC®-certified recycled cardboard box; and an additional set of heel tips.
