What makes shoes Vegan?

All Pīferi products are 100% animal free. A variety of synthetic fabrics are used to create Pīferi shoes. We aim to use biomass based materials where possible – please see our Responsibility page for more information.

What are the soles of the shoes made from?

Our soles are made of Thunit, a 100% recyclable rubber-based material, which we beautifully lacquer with delicate, hand-painted edges to finish Pīferi shoes. The flexibility, abrasion and water resistant characteristics of Thunit offers a higher performance than natural leather, resulting in a luxury feeling with improved sole grip. Thunit is produced in accordance with REACH, (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) a regulation of the European Union, adopted to improve the protection of humans and the environment from the risks posed by chemicals.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

After you place an order you will automatically be sent an email confirmation. If you did not receive an email confirmation upon placing an order please reach out to clientservices@piferi.com

What do I do if I have entered incorrect details on my order?

Please contact clientservices@piferi.com as soon as you notice a mistake, depending on the status your order we may be able to update the relevant details.

How do I return my order?

Will I be refunded the full amount I paid?

You will be refunded the amount you originally paid when purchasing, excluding shipping charges.

Will I be refunded the taxes/duties?

We are unable to refund taxes/duties since it is the country as to which the order is shipped that collects the taxes/duties.

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

Before shipping your order, our warehouse inspects to make sure items are in top condition. In the case you receive a damaged item please contact the Client Services team immediately at clientservices@piferi.com

How are the shoes packaged?

All Pīferi shoes are carefully packaged in our beautiful shoe boxes, complete with two dust bags and an additional set of heel tips.
